Christchurch has been home to Bob Andrews since 1958. In the years following he has created an enviable record of service to the Christchurch community.

Service to Rotary, Scouting, and other voluntary community organisations has given him an understanding of the diverse nature of people and their needs, which in turn has given him the ability to empathise with the desires and dreams of all types of people.

Service to the City of Christchurch as an elected member of both the Christchurch Drainage Board and the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board has provided Bob with a great knowledge of the City’s infrastructure, often an advantage to his clients, Sellers or Buyers.

Taking the time to discover the right programme to achieve the goals of his personal clients is a top priority whether it is ‘Exclusive Listing’, ‘Auction’, ‘Tender’, ‘Price by Negotiation’, or ‘General Listing’, the initial in depth consultation is so important in positioning the home ‘For Sale’ in today’s market or, in learning exactly what you want and need in a home and where you want to live if you are buying.

Bob Andrews has the benefit of resources, expertise and knowledge of the constantly changing Real Estate market. Service is his middle name and that service is of a standard anyone would be happy to recommend and they do! Trust and loyalty are but two of the qualities that Bob believes in, they are top of the list though.

Now after years in the Real Estate industry with a proven record of successful transactions Bob has chosen to work alongside his old friend Tony Cooper.

They have named their co operation A.I.M’s (Associates in Marketing) the purpose being “To Better Manage the Sale of Your Property”.
